If you're a beloved client of mine, or a new client, or if the person you are purchasing for is new to the studio, you will be purchasing a gift card with me. Lucky you! So, if done remotely, you can Venmo me @ZenDenJenn, then text me your name, the recipient and the address to send it to, and I will drop a gift card in the mail pronto. If you want to come in, I will soon be posting open office hours, and I will also be available via text 302.379.9537 to set up a meet time. Simple! Gift Certificate Policies:

Gift certificates promotional value expires one year after the date of purchase (expiration date will be written on GC).

After the expiration date, Gift Certificates are subject to an inactivity fee of $5 per month.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Did you gift a gift certificate to someone awesome, but they're reluctant to use it??  Our Gift Certificates are transferable!  Re-Gift it with existing expiration date in tact, or even better, use it yourself!


POLICIES

Please take a moment to read our policies:

During this time of Covid-19, we do require clients to wear a mask into the office.  Don't worry, we will be too!

New clients: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.  This allows time for you to fill out our intake form along with a small consultation before the massage.  

A credit card may be held for a first appointment with a new client or for returning clients to hold the appointment.

Please arrive to your appointment on time.  If you would like to get some tea, use the restroom, or take a moment to breathe, please arrive a few minutes early. Please contact us asap if you will be arriving late.  Late arrivals are subject to time adjustments and will be charged for the original amount of time scheduled or to rescheduling. If you are 10 minutes late for an hour appointment, you will receive a 50 minute massage for the full price of an hour. Let's avoid this! Please be on time. Thanks! Later than 10 minutes for your appointment? We don't want to think about that.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Kindly notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, this allows us the ability to fill that spot with another client.  If you do not give adequate notice or simply do not show up, you will be held accountable for payment of the appointment.  We understand that both our client's time and our time is equally valuable, therefore our cancellation and rescheduling policy is in effect, but we would rather not have to use it so just give us a shout 24 hours prior to cancel/reschedule.

We are two professional and talented therapists that love what we do. If you are looking for more than massage, you have the wrong place.  We have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for sexually suggested behavior or solicitation.
